Nyaluigi Dress Up

Long ago, in November of 2022, the Sleepless Domain Discord Server did a telephone artgame. This was not unusual, in fact it was the 38th official telephone game to be hosted in the server, but unknown to all participants, the final branch of this tele would bring into being a creature whose very existence spat in the face of all that is good and right, shattering the very concept of rationality and rebuilding it into a twisted world of its own creation. The creature known only as Catgirl Waluigi would ensure the world would never be the same again.

Anyway now you can dress them up. Have fun I guess.

This is a just a PSD file, so you'll need to have some program that will run those in order to play with this thing. Set layers on and off, draw your own clothes or hairstyles, recolor things, et cetera. Is this a game? Could be.
